Debit and Credit Card Conversions

1st Street Credit Union works every day to ensure that our members benefit from the highest quality financial services available.  1st Street has been working on a debit card and credit card conversion since the end of 2021.  Our Credit Union is switching card processing companies and switching our credit and debit card providers from VISA to Mastercard.

Debit Cards/ATM Cards

Ongoing – For ATM cards, we are still working on the issue of your card accessibility.  Our former processor needs to delete three networks from their system.  We will keep you posted as we work on this high priority issue.

Ongoing – The Publix ATM link is in the final stages of being built and tested between our processors.  The link should be live no later than 8/17/2022.  We will keep you posted as they make progress on re-establishing this link.

In Development – Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay will be available in September/October 2022.  We will update the website when these payment options are available.

Credit Cards

You may have noticed a new loan suffix on your account at the Credit Union.  The Credit Union is moving its credit card portfolio in-house.  This will allow you real time access to your credit card information without having to access a 3rd party website.

In Process – Credit cards were issued to members during the last two weeks of May 2022.  If you have not received your card, please contact the Credit Union immediately!

Once you receive your card, with the Mastercard logo, you can begin using your new card.  The Credit Union is currently in the process of moving your existing balances, if applicable, to your new credit card loan suffix.  When the Credit Union has moved your balance over to your loan suffix, your VISA card is closed out and is no longer able to be used for purchases or reoccurring transactions.

You can now access the Scorecard Rewards points website.  The Rewards Points will be expiring on August 15, 2022.  A new and enhanced  rewards program is coming in the 4th Quarter 2022.

In Development – Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay will be available in September/October 2022.  We will update the website when these payment options are available.
